REGISTRATION AND WAIVER

Both the registration and waiver acceptance form must be completed in order to participate in events. Registration must be accepted/postmarked no later than April 17, 2010. There will be a $25.00 late registration fee assessed on all submissions after this time. Registration can be printed and mailed or submitted electronically. Please mail or hand deliver Waiver and Release to competition check in.
