1) Yohnnex Nutrition Body Transformation Contest participants may enter the Yohnnex Nutrition Body Transformation contest anytime after January 12, 2008 until March 20, 2008.
However, each contest participant must buy three of Yohnnex Nutrition products each month for 3 months or longer to be eligible to win. List of product at http://www.yohnnexnutrition.com/products.html.

2) All contest participants must email or mail to Yohnnex Sports your:

All contest participants must submit all items at or before end date. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

3) The winners will be announced on or before June 12th 2008 and will receive their award during Yohnnex Nutrition special celebration at the Natural East Coast Tournament of Champions Championship held at the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC on June 14, 2008

4) How You Will Be Judged?
The 2008 Yohnnex Nutrition Body Transformation Contest staff will select the top 3 Champions from all completed entries received by us. The top 3 Champions will be contacted by phone and/or email.

5) Who’s Eligible to Enter this Challenge?
Contest participants must be at least 18 years of age before starting the contest. Also, participants are required to show proof of purchase of Yohnnex Nutrition products during the duration of the contest.

Employees of Yohnnex Sports, Inc./Yohnnex Nutrition and any of their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for The Yohnnex Nutrition Body Transformation Contest, along with their immediate family members, may participate but are not eligible to win.

6) Contest participants may not use anabolic steroids or any strength-enhancing prescription
drugs or medications unless prescribed by a physician to treat an existing medical condition
(medication and medical condition must be noted to Yohnnex Sports at the start). Also, no liposuction or gastrobypass.

7) Regulations and Requirements.
Yohnnex Sports, Inc/Yohnnex Nutrition reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual Contest participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at www.yohnnex.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information and materials submitted become the sole and exclusive property of Yohnnex Sports, Inc./Yohnnex Nutrition.

Each Contest participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from
participation in the Contest. Consult with your physician or health care provider
before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with strength training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach.

Contest participants in the 2008 Yohnnex Nutrition Body Transformation Contest expressly release Yohnnex Sports, Inc./Yohnnex Nutrition, its Distributors and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in this contest. Note: There are no “typical” results from using Yohnnex Nutrition products. As individuals differ, their results will differ, even when
using the same products.

Contest participants must notify Yohnnex Sports, Inc. in writing of any change of address or
phone number. Champions who cannot be reached within five (5) days at the address or phone number provided to Yohnnex Sports, Inc. will be disqualified.
