No two clients are the same and that's why we are dedicated to meeting your specific fitness and health objectives. How do we do this? By listening to you and taking the time to understand what your fitness goals are. We will also conduct a fitness evaluation during your first session to determine:

    • Boot Camp (Monday and Wednesday 7pm-8pm, Saturday 7:30am-8:30am)
    • Belly, Butt, and Thighs (Tuesday and Thursday 7pm-8pm)
    • Lunch Time - Total Body Workout (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 11:30am-12:30pm)
    • Buddy Partner Fitness (2 persons / 1 trainer)
    • Sport Conditioning Training (athletes)
